Current Billing System

We are now entering into our third semester with our new billing system. For those who have had their audits completed, the new system has been working great. Families and students are able to see and have their account questions answered within minutes.

There are a few families and students left that we are completing audits for. We are working with families and students to make sure that each of your accounts is given the full attention they deserve.

Within this month, all accounts will be updated and first payments for the Spring Semester processed.

NEW Payment Terms

Single Payment Students

Payments will be taken by the end of each month the new semester begins.

Schedule:
Spring 2017 - by end of February
Summer 2017 - by end of June
Fall 2017 - by end of October

A la carte Students

Payments will be administered after four lessons have been administered. This plan will discontinue in Summer 2017. Any individual plan will need to be agreed on by Admissions at NMS and the student.

Four Payment Students

The first payment will be taken by the end of the first month the new semester begins.

Each subsequent payment will be charged on the 15th of each momth. This is a change from the 7th of the month.

Schedule:
1st Payment: By end of February
2nd Payment: March 15, 2017
3rd Payment: April 15, 2017
4th Payment: May 15, 2017

Coming soon ... NMS 3.0 Billing

NMS will eliminate payment plans in the future. Each lesson will be processed after each lesson by a new app being developed for NMS students and teachers. At the end of a lesson, teachers will enter in pertinent information, parents and/or students will sign, and a payment will be transacted. Parents will have a history of all payments accessible at all times and be able to update their payment methods at all times. We hope to test in Summer 2017 with a full roll out for the Fall 2017 Semester.

Practice is the independent study and application of techniques learned in private lessons. Practice time should be set aside each day without exception in order to achieve excellence.

How does the challenge work?

  • Print out this chart

  • Go over the chart with your private instructor and discuss practice goals and expectations

  • Create a reward system when your child reaches their goals. There are mile stones at 10, 25, and 50 consecutive days. Make them feel invested in the program and ask them what they might like as a reward.

  • Practice, Practice, Practice!

An amazing musician, an incredible teacher and a dear friend to us all. Aleksandra will never be forgotten by any of us.  She meant so much to all of us at NMS and to her students.  The beauty in this moment of grief is that she is now free from her suffering, and can leave us with the comfort and assurance that we have a little of Aleksandra in all of our hearts and memories.  Her legacy will live on through her sons, Philip and Alexander, and through all of the lives impacted through her countless years of teaching.

Father John said at her service, "Aleksandra said in her final days that she wasn't afraid to die, but felt she had so much more to give."  Those that knew Aleksandra know this statement to be very true.  She lived a generous and gracious life.

With this concert, we celebrate the amazing life lived out by Aleksandra.
