NMS Residencies allow students a unique opportunity to work directly with world-class musicians from all over the world in-person and on-line. These musicians perform regularly in renowned performance venues, such as Carnegie Hall, Kennedy Center, and at Symphony Center in Chicago.

Hailed for her “virtuosic poise” and as “a dazzling piccolo virtuoso,” Jennifer M Gunn was appointed to the position of Piccolo of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra by Maestro Daniel Barenboim in 2005.

Recital Tickets

We are delighted to host Ms. Gunn in recent in our intimate Concert Hall at 900 N. Michigan Ave. Tickets will be $30 each for NMS Students and Families, and $35 for Non-NMS affiliates. Please use the form below to indicate your ticket request, and we will be in touch regarding purchasing.

Non-NMS Masterclass Observation Package

This $200 package includes: one 45-minute lesson, access to observation the masterclass, and one ticket to Ms. Gunn’s recital.
