We currently have 25 tickets reserved for Field of Dreams. Tickets are $80 a piece and will be reserved on a first come first serve basis when you submit your form below. Tickets will be charged to your NMS account thereafter. You will receive a confirmation from Dr. Kelly Hill prior to the charge being added to your account.
